Inventory Makes
An Inventory Make is a concise and detailed record of the contents, fittings and fixtures of a property that is being let. The inventory will include everything from the doors, windows, walls, flooring to all furnishings (if furnished).
The inventory is essentially a clear and concise record of the condition of the property and its contents at the time of the inventory being completed. Date stamped digital photographs can be used to support the written report.
Since the introduction of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme an independent, robust inventory has never been more important to safeguard your property and prevent any issues and disputes with your tenants.
