Interim Tenancy Inspections
The interim tenancy inspection is carried out at agreed intervals throughout the tenancy, this could be three monthly, four monthly or six monthly.
The inspection is carried out to ensure that the tenants are complying with their contractual obligations and that their standard of living is not in any way damaging the fabric or infrastructure of the property. It looks are the condition of the property, its contents and any issues there may be. It can also be used to identify if any of the property requires repair or maintenance or is in need of decoration.
Evidence of pets or smoking would also be noted.
